Yoga: Becoming One with Everything
Most people think yoga is just about postures, flexibility, and breathing. But at its deepest level, it is far beyond that. At its core, yoga is about one thing — erasing the separation between you and everything else. And in an age where artificial intelligence is reshaping how we live, this fundamental understanding has never been more important.
Now available in:
As human beings, we are incredibly complex. We can do different kinds of activities, and also we have very complex interactions within our system. Our body, our mind, our energy — all of it running simultaneously, all of it in constant interaction, all of it either working with us or quietly working against us.
Every activity a human being performs is only truly meaningful when it touches another life in any way. It is not just to accomplish something or just to produce some results. It must touch another life in any possible way.

Redefining Yoga:
To be in yoga means you are willing to erase all the boundaries of your individuality, which means you want to erase all the separations between what you call “you” and what you call “others”. The wall between me and you. Between what you identify as mine and yours. Between what I am and what the world is. This is not about the mat or just about the postures. This is not even about the flexibility of your spine or the steadiness of your breath — though those things have their place.
Yoga doesn’t mean just doing some postures with your body, bending and twisting it in many different ways. The word “yoga” comes from the Sanskrit root “yuj,” which essentially means “to join” or “to unite.” We are no talking about the connection, we are talking about the union. One experience, not two experiences linked together. It signifies that in one’s experience, everything has become one. When that boundary dissolves, not intellectually but in in terms of living experience, that when we call someone is in yoga.
We are not talking about connection. We are talking about union. One experience, not two experiences linked together.

The Root of All Problems:
Look at almost every problem human beings have created. War, exploitation, cruelty, or anything similar to those. Trace any of it back far enough and you will find the same root: the demarcation between the identifications that Who I am and who you are. All the human-created problems are because of this that there is a clear demarcation between who you are, who I am and who the others are, the individualistic misunderstanding that what happens to you is fundamentally separate from what happens to me. That demarcation — small as it sounds — is the source of an enormous amount of human-made suffering.
All the human-created problems are because there is a clear demarcation between who you are, who I am, and who the others are—the individualistic misunderstanding that what happens to you is fundamentally separate from what happens to me.
Yoga is about the undoing of that demarcation. When you are able to erase this demarcation in your experience we call that you are in yoga.
Collaboration vs Collision:
Now look at your own body. Your own mind. For most people, these are not allies — they are opponents. The body is tired when the mind wants to push. The mind is restless when the body needs rest. The emotions pull in one direction while logic pulls in another. Right now, one of the major problems of human beings is that their body or their mind has become an issue for them. Isn’t it? Endless Collision — from within.
Ask yourself honestly: without your body, could you do a single thing? Without your mind, could you do anything at all? The answer is no. So the question becomes – why are you at war with the very instruments through which you experience life?
So things will work fine only when you’re in collaboration, not in collision. This is what yoga means. When body, mind, and energy stop fighting and start functioning as one coordinated whole. Yoga means you become a part of everything, to be in tune with everything.
The Advancement of Technology:
The demand for yoga has already risen up in the last few years more than it was five or ten years back. So this is the right time for us to make it the best for humanity. Technologically we’re at the peak. We are living in the most technologically empowered moment in human history.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping industries, decisions, and daily life at a speed that one has not experienced ever before. We have never had more tools, more information, more capability at our fingertips.
And yet — more people are anxious, more people are disconnected, and more people feel that their own inner life is out of their control than perhaps at any point before. And that is not a coincidence. That is a signal for everyone.
The technology on the outside has grown rapidly. The inside of human beings has not kept pace.
The technology on the outside has grown rapidly. The inside of the human beings have not kept pace. And no amount of technological progress on the outside can substitute for what happens when a human being cannot find stillness within themselves. The machine outside you will not fix the noise inside you.
The machine outside you will not fix the noise inside you.
This is why yoga is the most urgent technology of the present needed for the humanity. This is not as a counter to progress — but as its foundation. Because a human being who is in collaboration with their own body, mind, and energy will use every tool, including AI, with far greater intelligence, far greater responsibility, and far greater impact.
A human being who is in collaboration with their own body, mind, and energy will use every tool — including AI — with far greater intelligence, far greater responsibility, and far greater impact.
Yoga is not about what your body can do or your mind can do. It is about what you become when everything within you finally stops working against itself. That is the most profound exploration of life’s mechanics that already exists within you. And with the rapid growth of the technologies on the outside, it’s time you shift your focus and upgrade the technologies on your inside too.
